Community members making an architectural request should submit all relevant information with their requests. This information should include a plat of the property, applicable photos, architectural drawings, and contractor information.
Architectural requests are reviewed by your HOA Board of Directors and may take up to 30 days for approval. Missing or incomplete information may contribute to delays in the approval process.
