Title Requests

Prior to closing on the sale of their property, community members must request a clear title from Sage. All HOA fees, interest, and penalties are required to be paid in full prior to transferring title of your property to another owner. Once this is completed, an estoppel letter will be issued. This estoppel letter will need to be presented at the time of closing.
