Neighborhood Pride
We take pride in our homes and our neighbors. As our community grows it is important what we all work together in making it a great place. Whether it is cutting the grass or maintaining our entrance signs, Candlewood is a great community to live in.
Our Lake
One of the great things about our neighborhood is Candlewood Lake. It is a beautiful lake in the heart of Omaha. We take pride in and enjoy this great lake.
Our Board of Directors
Our HOA Board is made up of community volunteers with the sole purpose of making Candlewood a great Neighborhood. We do this with integrity and humility while working with third party professionals to help enhance our neighborhood pride.

Where: Phoenix Bar & Grill, meeting room, 120th & Blondo
All Homeowners & Residents are invited to learn about neighborhood happenings and get to know some neighbors.
Let any board member know about any concerns you have in advance.
Upcoming Park Events
Munroe-Meyer Garden Walk, Vendors in the Park: June 14th, 9am – 4pm, more information to come.
Father’s Day, Pancake Man: June 21st, 9am – 11am
Independence Day: 4th of July Parade from Cumings Street roundabout to Park. More details will follow soon.
Please consider a donation for the building of a shade structure over picnic tables in the park, no donation too small.
